‘Wolf It’ wants everyone to have a great sandwich experience. We love sandwiches! Combinations range from classic (Hand-Carved Off-the-Bone Ham + Brie w/Austrian Butter) to inventive (looking at you, Carved Lamb Loin w/Tzatziki + Tomato). ‘Wolf It’ is sandwich heaven.
We take advantage of our near-NYC location to source meats from top importers (including Alps Provisions in Queens) – dare you to find a better prosciutto, sopresatta, or cappocola anywhere. ‘Wolf It’s’ house-made roast beef (herb-crusted and lean) is legendary. As is our mozzarella. Hand-made every morning (with porcini salt). Sublime. Even tried preserved lemons sliced paper-thin and mixed into Italian pole-caught tuna and olive oil with fresh parsley & pepper? We have that!–it’s amazing. ‘Wolf It’ also blends our own dressings – the shallot-Dijon vinaigrette is otherworldly – so our salads sparkle and crunch like none other.
We could go on and on…but now I’m starting to blush to the tip of my top hat with all this bragging.
Try us – but fast! We do small batches and often run out. Sometimes the Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse is gone before even I can get one…
